Full Service costs USD 599, paid once when you sign. ## Nothing on this site is legal advice Everything published on getmexicovisa.com, including the guides, calculators, checklists and anything our pages feed to search engines or AI assistants, is general information about Mexican immigration law and procedure. It is written for a general audience and not for you. It is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or an opinion on your case. It cannot take account of facts we do not know: your nationality, your immigration history, your income documents, your family situation, or what a particular consulate is doing this month. Two applicants who look identical on a web page can get opposite results for reasons that only appear when someone reads the file. ## Reading this site does not make us your representatives No client relationship is created by reading a page, using an eligibility check, sending a message through the site, or writing to us by email or WhatsApp. Sending information to us does not make it privileged, and until we have accepted your case in writing we are under no duty to act on it or to warn you about a deadline. A client relationship with GetMexicoVisa begins only when we have agreed to act for you and an engagement letter has been signed by both sides. ## The price Full Service costs USD 599, paid once when the engagement letter is signed, for both Residente Temporal and Residente Permanente applications. It covers the work described on the pricing card through to the resident card. It does not include government fees, which are paid directly to the Mexican consulate and INM, nor apostilles or certified translations where your consulate requires them. The final decision on any application rests with the Mexican consulate and INM. A signed engagement letter sets out what happens if an application is refused. ## What does count as advice you can rely on Advice you can act on is advice GetMexicoVisa gives you directly and in writing, in your own name, on an engaged case, after we have reviewed your documents and the facts of your situation. That is the only communication from GetMexicoVisa intended to be relied upon, and it is advice about the case we have read, not about any other case. Anything else, however specific it sounds, is information. That includes general answers given before you are a client, examples on this site, and any summary of a rule that has not been applied to your own file. ## Automated and AI-generated answers Parts of this site answer questions automatically from a rulebook we maintain: the eligibility check and any calculator. These are labelled where they appear, and they are informational only. An automatic answer is not legal advice, is not an assessment of your case, and can be wrong or out of date. ## Accuracy, currency and third parties Mexican immigration rules, government fees, consular practice and processing times change without notice, and individual consulates apply the same rules differently. We date every page, cite the primary source for every regulatory claim (the Diario Oficial de la Federacion, the Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores, the Instituto Nacional de Migracion) and correct what we find, but we do not warrant that any page is complete or current at the moment you read it. Always check a decision-critical point against the official source or the consulate handling your application. Where we link to a government site, an insurer, a bank, a partner professional or any other third party, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Figures given in US dollars, Canadian dollars or Mexican pesos are for planning only and move with the exchange rate. ## Jurisdiction and legal review GetMexicoVisa is operated by a Mexican company and concerns Mexican immigration procedure only. Legal review by a licensed Mexican immigration lawyer is being added; until a named lawyer reviews a page, that page does not claim one did. Nothing on this site is advice on the law of your own country. Where your situation also turns on the law of another country, take advice there as well.
